Whatever the reason, goals are the tools you need to drive yourself towards your goals. They're like the fuel that will push you forward.

This type of simple action is all it takes to create a lifestyle change and make changes to your life that you never thought possible.

Remember, goals are where your energy comes from. If you can't motivate yourself to take the actions necessary to reach your goals, then you will find yourself running from goal to goal. What you need to do is start small and work your way up.
